"My wife and I booked a three-week tour in the UK through IBG Travel. We did a week of independent travel and then joined a tour group for the balance of the trip. IBG Travel is top notch. Renia is so helpful and goes above and beyond even for our last minute adventures. We have used them for a few years with planning a honeymoon, yearly last minute trips to a group cruise. We will continue to call them for advice and bookings.

IBG Travel is great. Renia has always been so helpful in finding just what we like. This year she recommended the Secrets Capri in the Riviera Maya. In the 15 years of travel it's become our favorite. We absolutely loved this resort. It is not brand new, but the attention to detail, service, and food were some of the best we've ever had. We found that it is a smaller resort so having a golf cart, train, or trolley to get around the resort was not necessary. There were also more chaise lounges and umbrella's than people around the pool and on the beach so you never had to get up early to go save a chair! As far as feeling endangered in the Yucatan we were greeted by our Apple Representative at the airport, ushered to the waiting van and escorted promptly to our resort. No problems what so ever!

We scheduled a day trip over to the Island of Cozumel via the ferry boat from Playa del Carmen. In spite of the bad press and recent news from that area, we felt very safe and carefully taken care of. We experienced no problems and had a nice day snorkeling in Cozumel. Our Apple reps were waiting for us at the dock for our return trip to the resort.

We've used Apple for the last 15 yrs and thanks to IBG and Renia we had another fun memorable trip.

I booked a Disney World vacation with IBG’s Disney specialist Renee, from start to finish Renee was at the ready to help plan the details of my trip, and even sat on hold for several hours to complete our dining reservations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to anyone who needs a true Disney expert!
