Joyce has been arranging travel for over 50 years and still enjoy working with her clients. Michelle Zavala, our Agency Owner, brings a high level of customer service to IBG Travel. Michelle has been with IBG Travel since 2013. Her recent adventures include a European River cruise on the Rhine and Moselle rivers. She has experienced a Caribbean cruise and a South and Central America cruise. She has taken a family trip to Walt Disney World and has arranged multi generational vacations to Disney World for clients. She has stayed at all inclusives in Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Mexico.
